All Balloon orders over $250 receive FREE SHIPPING!
*Exceptions apply: racks, weights, ribbon, and certain accessories do not qualify for free shipping (see below)

Shipping Policy All packages are sent via UPS Ground shipping unless otherwise specified. We make every effort to ensure that orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times vary from 1-5 business days, depending on customer location. Orders over $250 are eligible for free ground shipping. (some accessories, including ribbon, weights, spinner racks, and other abnormally heavy items are not eligible for, nor do they count towards the $250 free shipping total. For these items, customer is responsible for shipping.)
