No Helium Required..! Keep your cost down, inflate with air pump
Note: Air Filled Balloons require heat sealing. If you do not own a heat sealer, you can use a flat-iron hair straightener or curling iron to seal balloons. Use lowest heat setting and cover the ends of curling iron with aluminum foil, to avoid damaging it. Fill the balloon with room temperature (or cooler) air using a bike pump, etc.
